Emanuela Menichetti

Emanuela Menichetti is currently Director of the Renewable Energy Division at OME, which she joined in Fall 2008. In her position, she coordinates the work programme of the division; carries out project management activities; liaises with members, partners and other stakeholders. Prior to joining OME, Dr. Menichetti worked as Associate Programme Officer at Energy Branch of the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) Division of Technology, Industry and Economics (DTIE) in Paris and as a researcher and consultant at Ambiente Italia, an environmental policy and analysis institute in Italy. An economist by background, Dr.. Menichetti received a PhD from the University of St. Gallen (Switzerland). Nicolas Cottret

Nicolas Cottret works as energy analyst in the Renewable Energy Division of OME, which he joined in 2009. His tasks cover, among others, project management, techno-economic modelling and evaluation of environmental policies. Dr. Cottret holds a degree in Economics and Politics of the Energy and Environment in 2008 from CEA (Commissariat à l’Energie Atomique) as well as a Master’s Degree in Economics of Environment from the University La Sorbonne (2007) and from the IFP School (Institut Français du Pétrole). He is involved in WP2: Outreach, WP3: Training, WP5a: Research on Energy, Environment and Climate Change and WP7: Policy Proposals. E-mail: nicolas.cottret(at)ome.org


Roberto Vigotti

Roberto  Vigotti is currently Director of Electricity Division at OME. He joined ENEL in 1974, the Italian National Power Board, where he occupied various positions (coordination of research and demonstration programs in the field of new renewable energies, senior strategy advisor and external relations, etc.). He is currently Italian Delegate at the IEA – International Energy Agency and was Chairman of the Renewable Energy Working Party from 1998 until 2010. He graduated in 1971 from the University of Pisa in Electrical Engineering.
